    Hi, I have two questions.
    1) I have installed Amp plugin. I have activated transitional mode in the plugin which contain amp and non-amp versions. Please see this link and tell me that this is in amp or not.
    https://creativesystems.0438cfd.netsolhost.com/category/creativesystem-blog/?amp
    2) If user comes from organic search in mobile, then he will find this website with amp link or not?
    3) Can I make this website home page in amp or not?
Please tell me about all these questions?

please see the link now that it is validating now

    (@westonruter)

You can check if it is validating by pasting the URL into https://validator.amp.dev/

it is not fetching the url.

    (@westonruter)

The site seems to be responding too slowly for the validator to wait.

Alternatively, you can provide #development=1 in the URL to cause the page to be validated with the results showing in the browser console. For example, navigate to https://creativesystems.0438cfd.netsolhost.com/category/creativesystem-blog/?amp#development=1

You can also use the AMP Validator extension: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/amp-validator/nmoffdblmcmgeicmolmhobpoocbbmknc?hl=en

In any case, the page is valid AMP.

Now only thing need to done is applying google analytics and google optimizer.

One more question, If i make a page in amp html, then it is possible to develop in into wordpress without using amp plugin.
Please tell me about above things

    Plugin Author Weston Ruter

    (@westonruter)

The AMP plugin is needed to ensure that WordPress outputs valid AMP and that the various core WordPress features are converted into what AMP requires (e.g. amp-img instead of img). It’s not enough for the theme alone to be valid AMP.

    (@adil1641)

so you are saying that custom amp html page will not be developed in wordpress

    Plugin Author Weston Ruter

    (@westonruter)

If you are developing an AMP page outside of WordPress entirely, then there is naturally no need for the AMP plugin. For static HTML pages, just follow the docs on https://amp.dev/

    (@adil1641)

    https://amp.dev/
So you are saying that this website is only for static page not dynamic pages?

    Plugin Author Weston Ruter

    (@westonruter)

No. AMP is for pages that are static (HTML files) or dynamic (generated by WordPress). If you are making static HTML files, you can just write them according to docs on amp.dev. If you are making dynamic pages via WordPress, you need the AMP plugin.

Hi, I have four questions about AMP.
    1) Dynamic (Generated by wordpress) means simple content pages Or CMS pages in which simple content is added in wordpress? Am I right?

    2) I want to remove confusion about this plugin. Please give me right suggestion about understanding this plugin. My understanding about this plugin is that Currently amp plugin works perfectly on simple content pages like post listings, post detail, product listings, product detail page and all other pages that are simple content based. This plugin also has templates about header, footer, featured images, single post, meta taxonomy etc. currently plugin does not support in which custom scripting is done. Am I right? Please tell me about this thing

    3) In which update, amp plugin will support home page and other pages in which a lot of things are done. please tell me about this thing.

    4) Is there any option in this plugin that “/?amp will not show on all pages. For example blog page “https://creativesystems.0438cfd.netsolhost.com/category/creativesystem-blog/?amp” is in amp but when I click on mobile menu then on all links “/?amp” is showing likewise
    a) https://creativesystems.0438cfd.netsolhost.com/?amp
    b) creativesystems.0438cfd.netsolhost.com/contact-us/?amp
    c) https://creativesystems.0438cfd.netsolhost.com/career-opportunities/?amp

All these pages mentioned in a,b,c are not in amp properly. So i don,t want that user will go to amp versions of this page in mobile. They will redirect to non-amp versions of these pages in mobile.

Please guide me about all these things that are mentioned above.

    one more question

When i click on “review” tab then it is not working
Please tell me about this thing as well

Hi @westonruter , You did not reply to both of this questions mentioned above.

    1) Dynamic (Generated by wordpress) means simple content pages Or CMS pages in which simple content is added in wordpress? Am I right?

    Any page generated by WordPress.

    2) I want to remove confusion about this plugin. Please give me right suggestion about understanding this plugin. My understanding about this plugin is that Currently amp plugin works perfectly on simple content pages like post listings, post detail, product listings, product detail page and all other pages that are simple content based. AMP does not allow custom JS, in the traditional way. To achieve interactivity, use AMP components. If there is not an AMP component available to do some custom functionality, you may also use amp-script.

The templates included in this plugin are for Reader mode. If in Transitional/Standard mode, the templates and stylesheets from your active theme are used.

    3) In which update, amp plugin will support home page and other pages in which a lot of things are done. please tell me about this thing.

Reader mode only supports singular posts and pages, as well as a static homepage. If you want to use AMP on any other types of URLs, like blog index, category index, and so on, then you have to use Transitional or Standard mode.

    4) Is there any option in this plugin that “/?amp will not show on all pages.

You can disable AMP for those templates by unchecking the “Serve all templates as AMP regardless of what is being queried.” checkbox on the AMP settings screen. You can then decide which specific templates to serve AMP on. For posts/pages, you can also disable on a per-URL basis via the “AMP enabled” toggle.

When i click on “review” tab then it is not working

Go to Site Health in the WordPress admin under Tools and verify that the test passes for “Your site can perform loopback requests”.
