    Hello,

I am trying to enable AMP pages in my WordPress website (I’ve also set one of WP AMP Thees: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-amp-themes/).

But according to Google validator, CSS stylesheet isn’t valid because <style amp-custom> is too long. I’ve tried to use some CSS compressors but without sucess. Moreover, I don’t dare to remove too lines because I do not know whether most of them are unnecesary.

    Thanks in advance.
    Regards.

  • Have you tried minifying your CSS? It appears that the bytes are too many and minification can help.

The CSS is already minified. The unminified is 13,866 bytes, whereas the minified CSS being added by the theme is is 131,190 bytes. So the minified CSS is about 10x larger than the unminified CSS. It seems the offending CSS is being generated by a Heateor plugin, so I recommend deactivating the Heateor social sharing plugin that is adding all of the CSS.

It already works. I’ve to disable that plugin.

    Thanks a lot.

    Best regards.
