Is video schema is important

I want to give a youtube video link on my wesbite. is it neccesary to implement video site map for that i have implemented sitemap through yoast. i have to add video site map seperately or i have to make changes in the existing schema. need suggestions from the senior thanks. And how to implement video sitemap
