Is WangGuard Compatible With Woocommerce & Cimy Extra Fields?

I think Cimy is making some modification in WooCommerce fields.

Is that plugin a free plugin or a premium plugin?

I released a new version (1.5.9.1), because through your question, I discovered a critical WangGuard bug related to WooCommerce (Thank you).

I added some code for support other signups methods when WooCommerce is enabled. You will need to disable signup in “My Account” page (WooCommerce settings).

If that not work, Cimy is not using the standard wordpress fields for signup.

disabling sign up in woocommerce is critical for our site… it is important that a new user can view product and then sign up on checkout page… am i reading this wrong?

Yes,

There is no problem. The problem was that muyilleum is using WooCommerce but he use another signup plugin. That broke WangGuard with WooCommerce, but now that is fixed in the latest WangGuard version. Now, is possible to use WangGuard, WooCommerce and a third plugin for signup.

You can use without problem WangGuard and WooCommerce, with or without signup enabled in “My Account” page.
