    Hi,

    another questions, another thread.

Do you support Subscriptions and its renewal orders?

That is, in our case the subscription order itself is just a zero weight, zero price order without shipment. But there are monthly renewal orders which have weight and need to be shipped. Renewal orders are very similar to normal orders, but WooCommerce Subscriptions still has a lot of filters and actions which add complexity. So I thought I’d better ask…

We have many, many subscriptions and as you can guess copying+printing the shippinig labels for each renewal order is really time-consuming.

Thanks for the anwer. AFAIK a renewal or subscription parent order are just normal orders which have some custom fields and triggers/actions added. But it might work already out of the box. Official and tested support would of course be better. But I think it might already work out of the box.

Anyway, it would very much welcome!

For now, I think we will revisit shipcloud in half a year when things have are more settled.
