Is Wordfence GDPR/Privacy Shield certified? Yes it is!

  • Hi Tim,

    unfortunately the EU has overturn the “Privacy Shield” deal – including ‘safe harbor’ extension, as per decision made on the 16th July 2020.

    As I understand (from the point of view of CJEU) the US government cant and wont be able to serve an “adequate level of protection” of user data compared to the GDPR.

    That means NONE of the collected data of any EU-Customer is allowed be sent to any US server…

    What is your response to that?
