    Will you tell me is WP Accessibility GDPR Compliant? Does it collect any user data/info IP address etc etc?

    WP Accessibility does not collect any user info. It includes cookies that exist solely for the purpose of determining whether features like high contrast or font size are enabled for the current user; those contain no personally identifying information.
