Is WP Mailman Integration dead?

Hi. Is WP Mailman Integration dead? I see all comments to topics are closed.

I am trying to make the plugin work in 2.6.1. It recognises the path and the version of Mailman but does not see any of the pre-made mailing lists.
There appear to be very little to no documentation.
