Hello, I’m currently using a plugin called “open graph and twitter card graphs” that generates open graph meta tags for facebook and purges cache every time I update an article.
I know that yoast SEO can also generate OG tags, but I can’t understand if it’s also able to automatically update facebook cache at the same way, so that I could just use Yoast and dismiss the previous plugin.
Could you please tell me if Yoast is capable of this?
    Thank you very much,
    best regards.

Currently the Yoast SEO plugin does not automatically update the Facebook cache after a page/post update. However, there is currently an open feature request with our developers to add this to the plugin here: https://github.com/Yoast/wordpress-seo/issues/8302. Whereas we are unable to provide an ETA as to when this feature will be added, you can monitor the feature request page for updates.
