Is your ics url valid and publicly accessible ?
-
You can save time (yours and mine!) by checking whether the ics url you want to use is reasonably valid and publicly accessible, before logging a support query. If it is not a good public isc url, there is not much we can do!
The validators are not 100% foolproof, but they are a good starting point and will help point out any access problems too.

https://icalendar.org/validator.htmlGoogle calendar is also quite a rigorous check, although sometimes a bit slow. Try ‘add by url’ – DO NOT import into your personal calendar. If you add by url you can delete or unsubscribe that test url later.
