is_vat_exempt meta in orders

I’m trying your plugin, thanks for your work

I need to do manually in orders – Exempt VAT – I see such a button in your plugin, the tax in the order disappears, but the meta field is_vat_exempt is not created (or not updated) – after that in the plugin PDF Invoices & Packing Slips for WooCommerce PRO in Invoice I can not display the phrase that the tax is removed. “VAT Shifted” phrase also only appears if this meta field is present.

I tested this on a manually created order via wp-admin
