    Hi,

Is there a plugin that allows stock to added/deleted via scanning in the ISBN / Barcode ?

So for example you can add 5 new stock then scan the ISBN and it auto adds the new stock value.

Our site is currently using Virtuemart and this component – https://www.daycounts.com/shop/virtuemart-2/advanced-inventory which handles this issue really well, but we now want to move to woocommerce and need similar or better functionality.
    Thanks

    Hi @topknotch

    Thanks for reaching out.

I would recommend looking into the Scanventory – Mobile Inventory Management plugin. This allows you to manage and sync inventory from warehouse to online via QR codes. Also, you can use your mobile device to scan products, and you can also print custom labels for your products.

Please keep in mind that all of our products are backed by a 30 days, no-questions-asked refund policy, so if you decide to purchase the extension and find that it’s not meeting your needs or expectations, you are always eligible for a full refund within that window.

    I hope this helps!

thanks Lacey, but that is for QR codes.
We just want to use the ISBN/ Bar codes on the products themselves rather than have to create new QR codes for each product

Hi @topknotch. I’m afraid that we don’t have a product on our WooCommerce.com marketplace that will let you update stock using a barcode scanner. You may be able to find such a plugin from another company that creates extensions for WooCommerce, but I was’t able to identify one from a quick search online. One solution is to create a bespoke solution by contacting one of the services on our Customizations page (https://woocommerce.com/customizations/).
