    The problem is that it is a bogus UA signature (“Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0;”): the firewall detected that it was not what it claimed to be and rejected it.

    You can either:
    -Disable rule 306 from the Rules Editor menu.
    -Whitelist the IP with the .htninja script.
    -Contact the author of that service/software and ask him to fix the signature. For instance, “Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; ismyblogbroken; +https://ismyblogbroken.com)” would be a correct one.

    I recommend to contact the author because, besides NinjaFirewall, there are several other WAFs that will detect and block it too as long as it keeps that fake signature.
