Isn't possible to use native WP Posts?

Hello,

We have created this plugin with custom post type so its takes data from “News” Post type and not from “Post” post type.

If you have knowledge of database then you can change post type POST to NEWS

I did it from inside of phpmyamdin.
It dis not change anything.
Nor the posts went to News section or they showed in front-end.
Would you guide me on this?
This is the only issue that is avoiding me to buy the plugins.

It looks too much complicated.
Is it so hard that I can’t do it manually inside Phpmyadmin?
