Isn't Working

  • I have installed the plugin and followed all instructions but when I go to the page where the plugin is installed I just get a black blank area where the player should be.

    Could I be having a conflict with another pluggin? The page is in draft mode right now

    Tested the plugin by downloading a fresh version of wordpress in another folder and downloaded your plugin and it works on the fresh copy with no other plugins installed or activated. Tested it in both draft and publish mode and it works in both cases.

    Hi,
    We checked the plugin for compatibility with other plugins. However, if the problem in your test site is because of the plugin conflict, we would have to check.

    Can you please give us the link of the website or test link where you find the conflict? If you could provide this, we will have a better understanding in solving the issue.
