ISO27001 and SOC2 Type II certification requirements

    Greetings!

    We are using the Media Sync plugin on our website at reputation.com. As part of our ISO27001 and SOC2 Type II certification requirements, we do an annual vendor risk assessment.

    We have a questionnaire for the owner/administrator of the Media Sync plugin that we need completed in order to maintain our certification requirements. Who should I send this questionnaire to, along with supporting documentation?

    Hey @rep1stapp,

    You can find it at mediasyncplugin.com (“Contact Support” in footer).

    But please keep in mind that it can’t be guaranteed that those requirements will be met. I would personally love to implement and update both free and pro versions of the plugin to meet all of those requirements. But the newly released pro version will likely have priority over the free one.
