isolate page only

I would like to make a page like the one above to represent 9 pages, however, they have been created in elementor as Pages and not Posts.

Can I create a similar effect like on nicheinteriors.com/work, and use 9 pages, not posts?

Also, are the hover effects – color change, the green line, …, is all that fairly customized, with CSS, or is that stock/standard to this plugin?
