Isse with variable products – added twice

I have exactly the same issue like in this topic:
https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/request-a-quote-for-variable-products-is-not-working-2/The problem occurs only if you add a variable product. It adds the Product + The variation the quote. You can see the issue in action here:
