    Hi there!

Ok so I have no idea where this problem sits, so I’m asking my host and yourself.

I run a stock photo membership and use your plugin to allow members to add their favourite images to the wishlist, and then download them later.

Everything works great apart from one issue which appears to affect only a couple of monthly members. It’s very odd.

What’s happening is when they click ‘add to cart’ from the moodboard, rather than the item being added to the cart, it downloads a different image to their desktop. Even when I select all images in the wishlist and click add or remove, nothing happens apart from a random image from the library downloading to their desktop.

It sounds like a caching issue, I asked my host to ensure the page where the wishlist sits is excluded from the cache, which it is. But obviously the page is just the holder for the plugin, the plugin itself seems to be having a caching issue. It’s only happening to a couple of monthly members which is even weirder.

Any ideas why this is happening? Thanks.

If you need more info let me know. I appreciate this is a complex issue and I may not have explained it well.

    Hi @charliemariephoto

It sounds like you have a very specific setup because our plugin completely relates on WooCommerce products and cart behavior. Your case requires debugging. You can drop us an email with all details of how we can check the issue and we will try to help you.
