Issue after 4.1.0 update

When continuing to payment during the checkout process there is now an issue where the client cannot checkout anymore. When you click the ‘continue to payment’ button at checkout instead of bringing up the box to add your credit card info it redirects to page that says to proceed but has no fields for credit card.
Is anyone else having this issue?
