Issue After Updating

After updating WordPress to 5.6 and Facebook for Woocommerce to Version 2.2.0, the messenger feature that enables chat was causing mobile users to be unable to scroll on the page. Once I untoggled the messenger chat option, this issue was resolved. The chat feature is a huge feature for my online retail customers. Any idea what could have happened?

Hi @firstcapitalmedia. The chat window is open by default. I’m afraid that there is not currently an option to have it closed by default.
