• Hello developers of Sportspress,

    1105/5000
I wanted to thank you for the great work you do in the plugin in the free version. I would like to invest in the PRO version, but this week I had a serious problem with the plugin that made it unfeasible for my page.

The problem is in the players import module.

Recently I imported 700 players using the standart excel format that Sportspress offers filling out all the data of the players.

Number, First Name, Last Name, Team, League, Season etc.

I created a list of scorers with the players and as you can see in the link, https://www.ligadenaciones.cl/paises/ln-paises-goleadores/, I can not see the team that player plays and clicking the player does not either I can see the statistics.

I know this has a solution and the only one I know of is getting into each player and assigning a season to him, which I already did in bulk import.

It is possible that you can automate this, even if it is in the PRO version, it will help a lot of people and I will certainly buy the PRO version. Otherwise, I will continue with the free version and update one by one of the players. ??

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello @caioaguiadechiara,

Unfortunately, this is not possible. There is no way to bulk edit players to assign them to the correct team each season. This is a feature request that has been put in for awhile but has not yet been implemented yet.

I run a semi-pro football site and have to manually edit over 800+ players (some new/some old) every single season otherwise player lists will not work for me and they will not show up on rosters. The bulk import was step 1, step 2 is manual editing each player now…
