Issue by sending E-Mail

    Hey, i have a issue with “Sponsor Friends” Plugins. Always if the Plugin send a Mail to the Customer it has the Issue (see screenshot). I really would love to use a “Sponsor friend” plugin…
    I tested the plugins in a demo store and there they work with no issue. I deactivated all my plugins and it still doesn’t work – i don’t know why?? I use “Pretty Mails” but and all emails from the store very well. I deactivated the Plugin to try if the Issue comes from that Plugin but also it doesn’t work.
    I tried this 2 Plugins, both the same Issue:
    – WooCommerce Sponsor a Friend Plugin
    – Refer A Friend for WooCommerce by WPGens
    I tired:
    other Mailprogramm (not working)
    deactivated all plugins expect woocommerce and friend plugin (not working)
    Can anybody help me please?

    Hi humanblood,

    You should contact sponsor a friend plugin guys, they should offer premium support as you purchased that plugin. The issue is that your wordpress installation isnt sending HTML emails.

    Try following:
    Deactivate all plugins except woocommerce and refer a friend plugin, test out sending of emails. There is a big chance that some other plugin is messing up with wp_mail function that is used to send emails.

    Hey Goran87,

    thank you for your help. I tried this already and it’s still the same Issue. I found out that also other Plugins who wants to send out HTML Mail has a Issue. Just Plain Mails works with them. The Issue must be created in my System, but i don’t know where. My e-Mails from WooCommerce get send out correctly just other e-Mails from Plugins has that Issue and im helpless ??

    Do you have any Idea? Deactivating the Plugins to figure out witch one creates the Issue did not work ??

    It could be theme as well ? Try switching to default one .
