issue: can’t access woocommerce setting

Hi, Im having an issue regarding with the woocommerce plug in specially its settings. every time I try to click the setting on woocommerce instead of directing me into the setting page it will just down some text files titlle “Admin.php”. I tried to deactivate all my plug ins and change my theme but nothing helps. please any can help me regarding this issue?
