Issue can’t save a booking

When I make a appointment it’s says Done! but when I go to the dashboard and refresh the page I can’t see the appointment to accept it. Also when I try to make a appointment from the admin dashboard it didn’t allow me to click on save button. When I click it the button become grey and nothing happen.
