Issue creating a Variable Product in Woocommerce

Can you please show us a screenshot of the screen you see when you go to edit or create a product?

It sounds like you may have accidentally disabled the product data tab.

Can you please head to the product editor/creator screen and then click the Screen Options button at the top right?

This will open a tab with a number of check boxes, make sure the Product Data checkbox is checked.

Additionally it’d be a huge help if you could share your current System Status Report. You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce / Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button. Then paste it here in a comment.

Also, when I hit the button: Screen Option it hides and didn’t appear anymore, I tried to deactivate some plugins but the problem does not solve. What can I do?

Thanks for the screenshot and your SSR! They’re very helpful!

Since I can see your Product Data tab in the editor screen, that means you can disregard my sugggestion to check your screen options and you are likely correct that a plugin is causing a conflict.

Reviewing your plugin list I don’t see any that jump out as the culprit so I recommend running a conflict test.

I solved the problem “Screen Options”!

I was working with Brave Browser but I tried with Safari and it works!!!!
I think for sure that Brave blocks it and makes it not work anymore, hope it helps to you.

As I said, the Brave Browser were blocking the Screen Options Tab but also the Product Data! I didn’t know it… I thought there were a worst error or critical one.

SOLUTION:

Brave Browser were locking some actions, better try to use Safari or Chrome Browsers.
