• Extremely disappointed with this plugin!
We have purchased the pro version of it, in order to display feeds based on our search filters, however, it shows the same tweet for different shortcodes. To further elaborate, I’ve created two pages – one with shortcode search=’X’ and another with search=’Y’ and linked those pages to two buttons on my home page. When I click on either of those buttons it is displaying the same tweets for both. We tried clearing persistent cache, Twitter cards cache, etc but in vain. It hardly works and most of the time displays the same result for different searches.

We have tried reaching out to the team via support request and we did receive the response initially asking us to create an admin account on our website for troubleshooting. The next day, when we provided them the required details none of them responded. It’s been 5 days now and we didn’t hear back from them even after sending follow-up emails.

Truly unhappy with the customer service and the plugin functioning.

The caching issue that we had was successfully resolved. The team has been super active and were constantly checking with us on the functionality of the updated version they shared over the email. Thank you once again and we are super happy with the latest plugin update

    Hi @tanupotter,

I know we’re communicating via email currently, but I wanted to respond here too.

I really apologize for the issue here and that you were left waiting for a response. As I explained in my email, we were discussing the issue internally as a team and should have communicated this to you so you weren’t left in the dark. That is totally our fault, and I sincerely apologize about that. Our internal discussion took longer than usual as our lead developer for the plugin is currently out on paternity leave after recently having a baby, and so we had to loop in another developer who wasn’t as familiar with the plugin.

I know we already offered a full refund via email, but wanted to reiterate again that if you’re unhappy in any way then we will always fully refund your purchase.

I apologize again for the issue, and hopefully we can get this resolved for you via email.

    John
