Issue Downloading Demo Content

  • I found your Elementor WordPress tutorial video on YouTube and have been following the steps. When it comes to downloading the demo content this is all I see:

    I have tried flushing the cache, reinstalling the plug in, and even tried reinstalling WordPress on my site.

  • I am having the same issue, I already had my template downloaded but it corrupted out of no where, so I went to redownload it and it also showed that.

    Same issue also for me. Solace extra plugin is active and up to date. It is a fresh installation of WordPress and Solace theme.

    We cant see the image you uploaded, Can you try again and show us the error you are receiving? We also launched a major update today that should help fix up the import problems. We have also released our site builder on the theme which enables you to create custom footers and headers all in the free version.

    If you are having import issues, can you let me know with a screenshot? Im aware some users are having this issue so if you can point out the problems your having we can fix it in the next update
