Hello, how are you? We’re facing two issues:

Fields side by side on mobile version: On the computer, two fields are displayed side by side, and this looks good in the desktop version. However, on mobile, the fields are stacked on top of each other, which we would prefer not to happen. How can we make the fields appear side by side on mobile as well?

Rounded borders: In the settings, we’ve specified that the fields should have rounded borders, but this is not currently visible. How can we resolve this?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @lucienne1708

I hope you are doing well today.

How can we make the fields appear side by side on mobile as well?

I’m afraid there is not any built-in feature that allow you to change and by default each row show only one field on mobile to make sure there is enough space for entering the info in the field, you may be able to achieve that using a custom CSS code however it’s out of scope of our support.

Rounded borders: In the settings, we’ve specified that the fields should have rounded borders, but this is not currently visible. How can we resolve this?

I ran some tests in my lab site and I confirm the border-radius is not working for the fields when you set it in the form appearance. I brought this issue to our development team attention to find the best solution, we will get back to once have further updates.

    Kind Regards
    Amin

    Hello @lucienne1708

In my further tests, I noticed clearing the browser cache fixed the border-radius issue.

Can you please make sure the border radius is set for the fields container and then try to hard refresh the browser?

If you still have issues, it would be better to export the form and share it with us using a free online storage like Google Drive to dropbox.
