Issue found on recruitment

I have installed HRM plugin and Recruitment addon, I found some issue on it and hope you can help to fix with support

1. For the Recruitment addon, the job post shows in frontend lost html format in both summary and job details page.
2. Wrong gender shows in personal information of application
3. Address not saved of submitted applicant.

And do you provide customization services? How is the cost or hourly rate?

BTW, I have try to send message with contact form at your homepage but fail, the form not work
