• The issues I am facing are mentioned below:
    1) After my payment is completed successfully and money gets debited from user’s account, the user is seeing a 404 page like below:

    2) Now if the user navigates to the home page the item is still shown to be present in the cart

    3) When I log in to the CC Avenue interface I find the option to confirm order is disabled and the “Risk Status” is pending as shown below:

    4) And at the woo-commerce admin panel in the orders section the order shows pending payment :

    5) And at a later point of time it shows that the unpaid order is cancelled as below:

    I am absolutely clueless in this regard, and seeking your help. Kindly help me to understand the steps that I need to follow to resolve the whole issue and get the site running.

    Hi Arindam,

    Thanks for using my plugin !!

    as I can see the screen shot for ccAvenue it was showing in process so until the transaction is not settled on bank that will not be updated over website, so as per your screen shot the transaction which was done was not settled down on bank end that’s why its neither update on ccavenue nor on the website and the status still showing pending on website.
    so you have to check with bank support why the transaction not get succeed.

    Sorry, did not get your point!
    The money is already getting debited from the customer’s(which in this case is me, for testing purpose) account which means that the debit card I am using is responding properly. Also I am using the same card for various other online transactions or paying bills.
    And if you mean the transaction was not settled on the bank where the merchant account is, then I do not get your logic because the merchant account bank comes into play only after CC Avenue approves the payment and when CC Avenue transfers the money from their account to the merchant account bank after deducting 2% service charge: this is what I understand, I may be wrong .
    And also I amconfused about the fact that after successful payment it is getting redirected to some non existing url “/wc-api/WC_nilesh_Ccave” as you can see by clicking on to the first image of the main post.
    I would be looking forward to your suggestion. Thanks in advance.

    Tried with different debit card as well.
    Same issue remains!

    I am also facing same issue. When I proceed for payment on checkout page, I entered debit card details, and when I click on submit button It redirects me to 404 page, the new URL is: https://example.com/wc-api/WC_nilesh_Ccave
    Please let me know how can I resolve this issue or is there any additional settings related to this?

    Very weird… I am facing the same issue but it is redirecting to https://www.example.com/checkout (billing/shipping address page) not 404 like in @arindam72116 case…

    In the backend, it shows “Pending payment” in status, so the email of the new order is not triggered… in customers my account shows pay & view option, not processing…

    This happens only sometimes on some PCs, in other PCs the order redirects properly to the thankyou-order received page…

    Has anyone found any solution pl share
