    Hello,

Strange things are happening on your server. For example, the error below indicates that the file doesn’t exist. However, upon verification, the file is present on WordPress repository, and this error does not occur on our sites hosted on our server.

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: require_once(/code/wp-content/plugins/stopbadbots/functions/bill-catch-errors.php): Failed to open stream: No such file or directory

    File: bill-catch-errors.php

    Location: /code/wp-content/plugins/stopbadbots/functions/

    Here are some suggestions:

    1) Check if you have sufficient disk space and check if the file is there, using any FTP app or your server panel.
    2) Verify file permissions (our free plugin wpTools can assist with this).
    3) Check if WordPress memory is sufficient (also wpTools can help you).
    4) Refer to our troubleshooting page.

    https://siterightaway.net/troubleshooting/
    5) Try removing the plugin and reinstalling it.

I hope the above steps help identify the root cause of the problem.

Please, try and let me know.

    Cheers,

    Bill
