Issue in listing product category widget.

Please check this screenshot my view as non-logged in user. Can you please also share a screenshot of what you see as a logged-in user so that I can know the difference?

Could you please check if the UM Content Restriction settings are set in the Categories/Taxonomy?

Please go to WP Admins > Posts > Categories > Edit the categories/taxonomies that have issues with the non-logged-in user.

The issue is with product category not with post categories.

Is the product categories( product_cat ) checked in the UM Access settings? Please go to WP Admin > Ultimate Member > Settings > Access > Enable the “Content Restriction” settings for taxonomies.

As I mention we already have that setting in place, I think you are not getting the problem.

Let me try to explain in bullet points.

• When I was not logged in from any user the product category widget is not showing up correctly, it loads the first parent and child category properly and after that it stop loading the parent category.
  Not logged in user:

• But when I logged in as a customer or any other user type I can see the product category widget properly with parent and child category inside it.

If you can simply check the screenshot you will able to understand what the problem is.

Can you please check if Product Category (Ford) has content restrictions enabled? If you have set it to be only displayed for logged-in users, it will not be displayed for logged-out users.

@hemant29 Are those extra product categories children of any category?

Yes those all are children of Ford and PostNord category.

@hemant29 Does it work properly if you disable content restriction on the “Product Category” taxonomy?

Yes its working fine if I disable the plugin.
