First, sorry for the late reply.

About the error, seem that your local server doesn’t have installed the PHP mbstring extension, for this reason it’s generating this error.

Could you install this extension in the server, restart it and check if the problem is solved, please?

To install it you only need to add the next line in the php.ini file:

extension=php_mbstring.dll
