Issue in posting to facebook pages

Hi,

I created a new application and now I get this error when I try to publish a post on the facebook page (this is working on Facebook profiles):

“(#100) Only owners of the URL have the ability to specify the picture, name, thumbnail or description params.”

We are using the latest version of the plugin but why we are experiencing this issue?

Please let me know how we can fix this.
