    Hello

    I’ve been using your plugin for one of the client’s sites and it was working fine. But recently when my client tried to change his card information within the Woocommercer shipping option it showed an error like “only site owner can handle shipping label payment methods”.

    I checked Jetpack and it was linked to my client account. So why does it show this error on my client dashboard?

    Can you help me solve this? What do we need to do? Is there any other setting we need to do?

    Hi @yogid,

    It sounds like the site may be connected to your WordPress.com account via Jetpack. You could get the client to disconnect the site from Jetpack and then connect it again to their account. After that they should be able to update their payment information.
