Hi, with the last version 3.3.0 in Woo admin product page, we cannot use Bulk actions edit anymore. Updating prices not working anymore. Roll back to version 3.2.10 make it work again.

Thanks to look to that issue!

    Hi @fsalvail ,

I understand how important bulk action edits are for managing your products efficiently. Could you share more about what specific details you were editing in bulk aside from prices? Also, did you see any error messages when you tried to update prices?

If you could capture a video showing how you use the bulk actions and what happens during the process, that would be very helpful for us to understand the issue better. You may use https://loom.com or https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/. Follow the instructions on that page and then paste the URL into this thread.

Also, if this is related to a core WooCommerce feature, we would appreciate if you post it on this forum instead: https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/woocommerce/

In the meantime, as a workaround, you might try clearing your browser cache or temporarily disabling any plugins that could potentially interfere with the bulk actions. Looking forward to getting this sorted out.

    Hi,

I tested with all the plugins deactivated except Woo and Facebook plugin. And I can’t still not use Bulk Edit. When I test with the new version, I just want to change the regular price for a SKU with variations, then a small window at the top is asking me to save the page as it’s not supposed to be and prices are not updated. But it’s everything works as normal with the version 3.2.10.

    Hi @fsalvail,

If I understand you correctly, bulk actions are working as expected in the previous version 3.2.10 but is not working in version 3.3.0.

As an alternative, could you please make the changes to your prices while using the previous version 3.2.1 then once saved and confirmed update to the latest version?

Let us know how it goes.

Sorry, but I don’t really understand why you ask me to do this. Prices won’t change because I just update the version. Maybe I was not clear enough. I have many products with variations. When I go on variations tab -> Bulk actions and try to update prices:

It doesn’t work with the last version even if I tried with Woo and Facebook plugin only with all the cache cleared.

    Hi @fsalvail

Thank you for sharing more insight on this issue. It appears that bulk editing isn’t working with pricing as expected since version 3.2.10. I can see that you’ve already conducted a conflict test by disabling all plugins except WooCommerce and the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin.

Could you please share screenshots or a video showing the steps you’re taking to replicate the issue? This will help us understand the specific actions and settings involved so we can test on our end and identify a potential solution.

    Thank you for your cooperation!

Hi, I just want to let you know from my staging site updating prices was working one time on two(not normal). Here are the steps in images: I select variation

    Then bulk actions

Then you see the regular price 69.99 that it supposed to be updated:

Then i want to update regular price from 69.99 to 59.99: Everything was update automatically after entering the new price.

But from the last version this window is opening from the top to ask to save before changing page, there was not such a window before the update.

I hope it will help to understand the issue.

    Hello fsalvail,

    Thank you for your reply.

I understand that you are trying to explain steps along with screenshots.
But screenshot images are not appearing.

Please note that you cannot upload directly into this forum.
First, you need to upload images to a cloud service like https://snipboard.io and then paste the URL in the image block.

Once you share imags, I will have a better understanding.

    Best regards.
