Issue in wordpress image editing – URL insertion

Hi, when we are in wordpress, editing a post or page, insert an image and then want to make it hot clickable with a link, it doesn’t work with visual mode anymore- only by manually typing in the HTML. See the screenshot, clicking “anchor” for linking, the URL field doesn’t appear any more… we know it works when one clicks “edit image”, then entering it in that window, but its more clicks to do. Is this a new wordpress feature change?
