Issue in WordPress Users sync to Dynamics 365

    Hello Team,

    I have installed the Dynamics 365 Integration Plugin in WordPress and setup the connection. I have used the “Profile Builder” plugin to generate the Login/Registration forms. When a new user registers from the wordpress website, it is creating a contact record with the blank details in CRM and no WP Identity record created for it. We have ensured that “Authenticate new users against Dynamics 365 by default” is checked and the identity entity is set to contact, under settings. Could you please help us in understanding how we authenticate the users and how to sync the details of registered users from the wordpress website to the CRM and generate WP records automatically.
