• Hi,

I’m having an issue with Print-O-Matic plugin when using it on CloudWays hosting.
    To reproduce the error:
    1) Visit this page:
    https://woocommerce-71683-499793.cloudwaysapps.com/doc/doc-demo-articles

    2) On the left menu, click on the “where do i post support query” link

    You will see a lot of Jquery code as text. Something starting with this: “‘; if ( typeof print_data != ‘undefined’ && typeof print_data[id] != ‘undefined’){ if ( ‘pom_site_css’ in print_data[id] && print_data[id][‘pom_site_css’] ){ print_html += ”; } if ( ‘pom_custom_css’ in print_data[id] “…

When I disable Print-O-Matic plugin, the error disappears. I talk with hosting support and with the theme support, both told me it’s problem with the plugin.

    Best Regards!

    Anderson Costa

    Wow… yeah, umm…
how is this page being generated? Via a plugin or your theme?
something absolutely wonky is going on.

Explain more what happens when you click on the menu link.
It’s not so much opening an page, as loading content into a container.
    how is this happening?

    Hi,

The page is generated via Theme.

When I click on the menu link, first I see a page loader for the content, after it shows the Jquery code as a normal text and below the page content.
If I refresh the page, it works fine.
So, the issue only happens when I click on the menu link.

On the Theme, it’s populated by a Post like menu.

I guess it could be a conflict between theme and plugin. Is this it?

reach out to your theme developer and see what they say.
What theme is it? We’ll also do some testing if it’s an available theme.

    Ok,

I sent him (Theme developer) an email reporting this too.

The Theme is Manual Knowledge Base:

    Thanks!
