Issue Media question

We’ve set up a poll with text questions. everything works great.
We then clone this poll and try to use media question for better presentation.
However, we’ve got issue with result page.

We allow guest to input other answers and will display ‘other answers’ in result and answer list.

Now if user choose to input other answers, the result page will show only one custom answer for multiple times. And they all came with the same votes.

Also, I found in admin panel, these “other answer’s” type was changed to video, not textfield as we have set

Please look into this and let us know how to fix it.
