Issue migrating subscribers – old site not showing up

Hi!

I’m attempting to migrate blog subscribers from a wordpress.com site to a self-hosted site.

Both have jetpack installed.

I am following the instructions on the jetpack site to migrate users. I have a single user that has both sites associated with them.

I go to the self-hosted site, then to settings, then discussion and migrate subscribers.

When I get to the next screen, it doesn’t give me any options (not even the connected .com WP site) to choose to migrate from.

Could you please help me move forward with this?
