Issue mobile

I just checked the website on my phone (Browser: Chrome, OS: Android), and the website looks fine (screenshot).

What “tick label” are you talking about? The one from the subscribe form? Please upload a screenshot on a service like Dropbox / Imgur.

In my iPhone 11 looks like this (screenshot)

Also in chrome and safari. I have cleared cache in both browsers.

Don’t know why.

I have checked in another iPhone 11 and also looks weird, although in an android (huawei) it looks ok!
Don’t know how to solve it.

I believe it’s an iOS-only issue. Unfortunately, I can’t help you right now because I don’t have an iOS device, but I will ask my colleague @creativethemeshq to give it a try next week.

There seems to be a small issue with checkboxes on iOS devices.
We noted this in our to-do list and hope to release an improvement in the next update.

Meanwhile you can add some CSS code and everything will be fine.
Please go to WP Maintenance Mode -> Design -> Custom CSS and paste this code:

.privacy_checkbox input[type="checkbox"] {
	padding: initial !important;
}

Looks like I’ve got an issue on mobile.
Using Safari (14.8) on Iphone 12 ans 5s the maintenance Page won’t show the same way it shows on chrome on theses same phone.
Here’s what to expect ( is shown on desktop, and chrome on mobile)

I just tested your link from my iPhone in Safari browser and everything works fine.

Did you tried to clear your phone browser caches and reload the page?

I cleared the caches of my phone (+ website), reloaded the page, used a third iphone with safari, and the issue is still showing.
They’re still the version with no informations excepted the line telling the site is on maintenance mode.
With everything else (another browser) is shown the version with the newsletter.

Here is a video from my phone, as you can see it works fine.

I’m not sure what’s happening on your end, maybe you didn’t cleared the caches correctly.

Try from an incognito/private window, if this will work then you have a caching issue for sure.

Most likely you have a bad server configuration.

If you access this link (https://www.dekercoet.com/) everything will be fine but with this one (https://dekercoet.com/) it won’t work.

Try to contact your server provider, they should be able to better assist you with this.
