Issue – No internet connection?

  • Hy,

    I have added messenger plugin a few days ago. It worked fine till now.

    I don’t know why but the plugin started to say: “No Internet Connection”

    And another thing is when a customer writes gets no response, but if customer refreshes the page it gets the chat response from us.

    Any idea? Seriously there was no problem till now. And it is 100% sure that there is no problem with internet connection ??
