  • You’ll be waiting a long time its been 2 weeks in email contact so far for me and I’ve got as far as being told a new update will clear the issue, nothing since.

    @breeksy, thank you for your post. please check your email. We didn’t receive the requested information, a supporter will update the ticket, just in case the previous email was not clear enough.

    @hellofit, we have replied to your requests, the new version should be able to download ASAP. We just can’t release a new version without testing it in depth.

    Thank you once again for your patience guys.

    Cheers

    @breeksy,

    As we have explained to you via email, one of your plugin is triggering at least 9 JS errors messages, the conflictive plugin is “sagenda”, you have to fix the issues with that plugin first, once that plugin stops triggering JS errors we will be able to check the issue with our plugin.

    I’ve found this on the DOC center https://doc.bookingultrapro.com/troubleshooting-theme-plugin-conflicts/.

    However, I’d recommend you to keep in contact with the supporter guy that’s taking care of your issue. This kind of issue can’t be addressed on this forums.

    Thanks for your understanding, I’m sure that the guy on the support will be glad to help you out.

    Cheers

    This issue has been resolved.
