Issue on registration

I was using plugin to create api but I am facing problem in register method (user controller).

As we can pass user name, display name, email, nonce in the url but there is nothing any option to pass user password in the url.

I want to add user custom password in url instead of automatic generate password.

Can you Please help me about that ASAP?
