Issue on search filter in member directory

One issue in member directory search filter field,
callback function works perfectly in the registration screen and profile page (pulled from the user data). However, I still find that on profile edit page aswell.

But while i use “Choose filter(s) meta to enable” in “member directories” with “Add new custom fields” the parent function values pulled but the child value is with no values (“No results found”).

So any solution for show results of child dropdown value.
