Issue phone on mobile

I use a theme that makes the phone number text clickable and opens the phone app. I installed the plugin to protect the email address and telephone number. Unfortunately, from mobile it inserts other numbers in front of the real number and you cannot make a call. I have tried deactivating the plugin but the numbers always remain in front of the phone number. Only by uninstalling the plugin does the correct number return and one can make a call.
