• It seems that a while ago the plugin stopped working for me – affiliate links are not working and instead show a server error page like this one:

    https://blog.thesocialms.com/recommends/bluesnowball/

    Error log is showing:

I tried following that URL and actually end up on Amazon, so it does seem to be working for me. Did you find the solution?

Thanks for the reply – no I did not, and it is norlt working for me on various devices. I still get a server error message.

    Any ideas?

I’m sorry, but I’m hoping to bump this up in your awareness – fixing this without getting your plugin working would take us months – can you have a look at the issue again?

The above link is definitely not working for 99% of the people visiting out site right now.

For some reason I didn’t get a notification of your previous message. Send an email to [email protected] and we’ll be able to resolve things a lot quicker.

It could be a compatibility problem.

Try disabling all other plugins for a second and see if it works then.
If not, try switching to a default theme (like Twenty Seventeen) and check again.

An easy way to do these tests without interrupting your visitors is using the “Troubleshoot Mode” in the Health Check plugin: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/health-check/

Thanks for the reply – not getting email notifications either for some reason.

I will try to do these tests tonight and will get back to you via email.

    Thanks!
