Issue: Product Purchase Possible in Restricted Country

    I have detected an issue with the Country Based Restrictions for WooCommerce plugin. The plugin generally works well, but I have found a loophole that allows the purchase of a prohibited product in a restricted country. Here is the operational scenario:

    If a product is added to the cart from a permitted country and then the user proceeds to the checkout page, and subsequently changes the country to a restricted one in the checkout fields, the product is not removed from the cart. This allows the purchase and payment for the prohibited product to be completed. The plugin does not perform a check at the moment just before the purchase is finalized.

    I’ve just installed this and think I see the same issue, as a non logged in user, I can update the shipping address and it does not update the checkout when the address updates shipping. Leaving the checkout button available.
